INNEOVA Life at the Oman Deep Ocean Water Feasibility Workshop
On September 17-18, 2024, INNEOVA Life Pte Ltd had the honor of participating in the Oman Deep Ocean Water (DOW) Feasibility Workshop held in Muscat, Oman. The workshop focused on project’s technological and economic potential of Deep Ocean Water that can drive sustainable growth across sectors like agriculture, aquaculture, and bottled water for Oman.
The workshop welcomed distinguished key government figures, including the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources of Oman, His Excellency Dr Saoud Al Habsi, Executive President of Oman Investment Authority, His Excellency Abdulsalam Al Murshidi, and international experts from Japan, Taiwan and South Korea.
Mr. Koh Soo Ping, INNEOVA Life’s Executive Director, was invited as a guest speaker, sharing insights on the critical role of distribution in ensuring the DOW project’s success. Following his speech, Mr. Koh was presented a gift from Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources of Oman, His Excellency Dr Saoud Al Habsi as a gesture of appreciation. Mr. Koh also forged meaningful connections with global experts Professor Masayuki Takahashi from Japan and Dr. Huang Ping Yi from Taiwan, both renowned for their contributions to Deep Ocean Water research.
