Oman Deep Ocean and INNEOVA Life signed MoU to develop and establish distribution management of Deep Ocean Water products and application in Sultanate of Oman to global markets

Oman Deep Ocean, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Singapore based INNEOVA Life Pte Ltd, an aspiring leading provider of delivering wellness from the ocean. The signing was organized by the Embassy of Republic of Singapore Embassy on Sunday where it held a celebration ceremony marking the 40th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Singapore.

The MoU aims to build partnership and generate business collaboration to develop distribution network to support Oman Deep Ocean’s DOW Products and applications network globally with origin from the Sultanate of Oman.

The MoU will focus to establish a Distribution Management Framework for collaboration between the two parties with INNEOVA Life providing services to support Oman Deep Ocean’s Products and application development, and its distribution network worldwide. In addition, INNEOVA Life will also explore the potential of establishing a transshipment hub and/or alternate node in Singapore for Oman Deep Ocean’s DOW products and applications to be distributed into the Asia Pacific Region.

The MoU was signed in the presence of representatives from both parties, with Mr Mohammed Al Balushi from Oman Deep Ocean, signing on behalf of the company, and Mr Koh Soo Ping, Executive Director of INNEOVA Life.

For his part, Mr Koh Soo Ping expressed his excitement in collaborating with Oman Deep Ocean, stating that the company looks forward to develop and generate sustainable natural alternatives from the Ocean, in products and solutions for water and nutrition, to deliver wellness for human health.

The ceremony was attended by Oman Officials, Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, Maj. Gen. Idries Abdulrahman Al Kindi, Secretary General of the National Security Council, and Sheikh Khalifa Ali Al Harthy, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Diplomatic Affairs. It was also attended from Singapore Officials, K. Shanmigam, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Law, and Dr Mohammed Maliki Osman, Second Minister for Foreign Affairs, Syed Noureddin Bin Syed Hassim, Charge D Affaires of the Embassy of Singapore in Muscat.
